According to , Lehmann has reached a verbal agreement with fellow Italian side Como for a permanent move, leaving Juventus after just one season.

Lehmann started her career at Swiss Side Young Boys before she moved to Premier League side West Ham. Her performances at West Ham earned her a move to Aston Villa where she met her ex-partner Douglas Luiz. Lehmann spend three seasons at Villa before moving to Juventus alongside Luiz. She scored two goals and one assist in 16 appearences for the Bianconere helping them to the double of Serie A and Coppa Italia trophy.
